ExperienceSince starting my professional career, I have had the wonderful opportunity to teach students from 3 years old up to adults and with a wide range of levels and abilities, both in Spain and in the UK what has enabled me to become a highly adaptable and versatile teacher. Throughout this experience, I have found very gratifying working as a tutor, as it allows me to be and active and closed part of pupil's development.
I would like to highlight that my working experience as a part-time Teacher of Spanish in The Abbey School has provided me with a solid knowledge of the English National Curriculum from KS3 to A-levels and International Baccalaureate. We follow the AQA course at A-Level and the OCR course at GCSE. I have taught IB year 1 and 2 oral sections, particularly focusing on the individual oral part. As an A-level language assistant, I am responsible for planning and delivering oral lessons to prepare part 1 and part 2 of the Speaking test. At GCSE level, I have been responsible for planning and delivering the oral lessons and prepare pupils for the Speaking controlled assessment, giving detailed feedback to pupils as to how to improve. However, I haven't giving up in my passion to work with children, so being a part time teacher has allowed me to run Spanish lessons with home schooling groups in the Hampshire, teaching throughout Early Years, KS1 and KS2.
HobbiesIn my personal life, my hobbies and interest are related to creativity and have a positive influence on the development of my work, including cooking, reading, yoga, traveling and crafting.
